Traditional strained yogurt made from whole goat milk. Our labneh comes from the local farmers’ free-range goats, which roam freely for months and feed on the wild vegetation across the Jezzine region in Southern Lebanon.
Health Benefits
Low in calories, labneh contains calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B12, proteins and good bacteria. It’s rich in probiotics to help keep your digestive system healthy, improve absorption of nutrients, and strengthen your immune system. It may help you break down lactose.
Production Process
After the pasteurization, we add a hint of fermented goat yogurt that acts as a natural fermenting agent, for a completely natural labneh.
